Pathway to Wellness Coaching

Your individualized program can be in-person or virtual and includes:

·        Introductory session to establish relationship and generate goals (no charge)

·        Pre-program worksheets/exercises

·        Initial deep dive coaching session (90 minutes) followed by

·        Five accountability sessions (50 minutes each) usually at 2- week intervals.

·        Coaching resources supplied throughout the program as needed

·        Email support during the program (48-hour response time Monday through Friday)

Basic Program Cost: $ 750

Other services:

Dr. Robyn is flexible and special requests and adjusted pricing can be accommodated e.g.

·        Single or additional accountability sessions if needed – $125 per session (50 minutes each)

·        Shopping and pantry sessions – $125 per session
